Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use OnlyShort, and old enough to make purchases where you buy coins or VIP. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with an email code, a password, or Google.

Watching content

Some episodes are free; others are unlocked with coins or included with VIP. Access is a personal, non-transferable licence to stream for your own non-commercial viewing. You may not download, copy, record, re-upload or redistribute any content, or try to bypass access controls.

Coins, VIP and payments

• Prices are shown before you pay. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are used to unlock episodes.
• Bonus coins are promotional and may expire or be spent first.
• VIP gives access to included content for the period purchased.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final once coins are used or content is unlocked. Contact us about billing problems and we will review them in good faith.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping, automated access, attempts to break security, fraud, abuse of referral programmes, or anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

All shows, artwork and the OnlyShort brand belong to OnlyShort or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove content and features, and the catalogue can differ by region. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, OnlyShort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending use

You can stop using OnlyShort and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons.
